RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Alise Shanel, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below before submitting a request.

1) Return Eligibility (Non-Defective Items)

For non-defective items and items received in 100% condition, returns are accepted under the following terms:

  • A 30% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

  • Returns must be requested and shipped back within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and inserts.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund minus the 30% restocking fee.

2) Return Window

All return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
Alise Shanel reserves the right to refuse returns submitted after the 15-day window.

3) No Refunds / Final Sale Items (Personalized Items)

All personalized or custom-made items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Personalized items include (but are not limited to) products that are:

  • Customized with a name, initials, photo, custom text, special sizing, color selection, or other buyer-requested modifications.

Exception: If a personalized/custom item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will replace it or issue an appropriate resolution.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

To help us resolve it quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.

5) Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund (often 2–10 business days).

6) Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law, we do not accept returns on:

  • Personalized/custom items (final sale)

  • Items that are used, worn, washed, or missing original packaging/tags

  • Items returned after 15 days

  • Any item marked Final Sale on the product page
